A Washer for Denieshia

When you support The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, you help families like Deniesha’s.

“Seven years ago, my nieces and nephews were put in the foster care system. I adopted the older two, and am in the process of adopting the younger two.” Denieshia stepped up to support her nieces and nephew’s, growing from a family of just her and her daughter to a family of 6. She needed help ensuring that they had adequate furniture for her family, and turned to The Mustard Seed for help. In total, Denieshia received 41 pieces of furniture to support and uplift her family.

When asked what she was most excited to receive, she responded, “A washing machine! 6 peoples laundry at the laundromat is no joke.”

The Mustard Seed of Central Florida helps over 1000 families every year like Deniesha’s. A gift of any amount helps families emerging from homelessness, natural disaster, or personal tragedy. Click here to donate today.
