You must receive a referral from one of The Mustard Seed’s partnering agencies. The referring agency will conduct a home visit to access your furniture and housewares needs. Please call (407) 875-2040 to schedule your appointment. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each client has 30 minutes in the warehouse to select their household items. Please remember to bring picture IDs and social security cards for all adults living in the home and birth certificates for all children living in the home, your referral, client checklist, a $150 processing fee and a moving truck.
