Donate Furniture & Clothing

Our pickups are based on zip code and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.  We pick up within a 25-mile radius and 30-minute drive from our facility in the Maitland/Eatonville area. You may also drop off your donations at our facility at 12 Mustard Seed Lane, Orlando, FL 32810.

Thank you so much for thinking of The Mustard Seed of Central Florida!  We appreciate your donations, which help lift individuals and families out of crisis.  The Mustard Seed of Central Florida depends on the individuals who donate furniture and clothing so we may continue to serve people in need. Furniture and clothing donations help to restore hope, dignity and stability. See below for ways to donate furniture and clothing.

The Mustard Seed provides furniture pick-up for donors with furniture items. We require a minimum $25 fee for pickup service to help offset our fuel costs.

  • Appliances
  • Lamps

Note: Donations should be free of rips, peeling leather, stains, damage or odors.

At this time, we are unable to accept the following items:

  • Printers
  • Desks
  • Office chairs
  • Armoires, china cabinets, wall units, hutches, and buffets
  • Large entertainment center
  • Headboards and footboards
  • Day, trundle, and bunk beds
  • Floral sofas/loveseats

Please note:

  • All items for donation must be on the ground floor! 
  • We do require our furniture donors to pay a $25 pickup fee to help offset our fuel costs. Donors are welcome to give more than the $25 fee if they’d like.

Donation Drop Off

The Mustard Seed welcomes donors who would prefer to drop off their donations. Donors may donate furniture and clothing at The Mustard Seed warehouse Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Schedule a “Junk In The Trunk”

If your workplace would like to hold a donation drive, The Mustard Seed would be more than happy to schedule a “Junk In The Trunk” to collect your gently used furniture, housewares and clothing donations.
